I am on a mission to show my fellow wellness seekers that it is possible to create healthy meals for themselves that it will be part of your daily lives!
Through my experiences of Culinary Arts Program and working in the restaurant industry in San Francisco, I used the knowledge and skills that I learned through those years and implemented into my own lifestyle when I started to focus onto my own health.
While meal prepping for a year I managed to lose 10 lbs and I lost inches where I dropped down into a size smaller!
Which I never knew I thought that was possible in my life!
In less than six months; meal prepping was a part of my weekly routine!
In one week, I had all my meals prepared for me and I knew exactly where my food was coming from and nourished me through my health goals.
I used to worry about I couldn’t do this as a weekly basis and stay committed.
I used to worry about what people thought about me, bringing my own food to work and everywhere else.
The minute I showed up for myself and took care of my own needs first, I was able to achieve my greatest healthiest version of me where I was able to show up for other people because the food I was eating was nourishing my own soul!
I learned how to reclaim my own sovereignty when it came to food and awakening my connection with my body.
I decided I was going to be the greatest healthiest version of me when I committed to meal prepping and focusing onto my health and fitness.

There was a moment where I was so unhappy from how I was feeling energetically and physically. I would look at the mirror and feel ashamed of my body because I knew deep down inside I was not taking care of myself.
I had no idea that the food I was eating was a big part of the reason why I was feeling that way.
I thought I was a ‘healthy’ person but I soon realized I wasn’t. The food I was consuming was making me feel lethargic, unmotivated, sleepy, unfocused, bloated, breaking out, moody and energetically unaligned.
I was living in a toxic vibration and I felt misinformed about nutrition on what diet worked and what didn’t. There was a point in my life where I just had enough of this repeating cycle of same old story, in a victim mindset and having a low self esteem.
I knew deep down inside I had to do something for myself. It took me awhile to figure all of this out but once I recognized it. I took massive action to be a better healthier version of myself.
I invested in my health where I studied Culinary Arts and working in restaurants that were high vibe living such as raw, vegan and vegetarian.
I enrolled into Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach where I learned so much about nutrition and how to assimilate a holistic way of living. Not only about the food we eat but also relationships, career, spirituality and physical activity. It plays a big role in our lives that factors the way we feel throughout our daily lives.
I realized that certain parts of those specific factors were missing in my life. I added in physical activity and found which ones worked well for me and absolutely love doing. I had to have a better relationship with myself. I improved my spirituality practice by registering to be a certified yoga teacher.
Here I am now in my best body that I ever had because I took massive action! I created a new story for myself and believed that I was worthy to live a life that I LOVE!
